Singing Lessons with Susannah

Susannah Gidley is an accomplished vocal and acting coach with over 13 years experience teaching children and adults. Susannah teaches singing, acting and musical theatre privately, in theatre schools and primary/secondary schools. She draws on her extensive performance experience and training to help shape students into confident, technically proficient performers.

Many of Susannah’s students have made it to finals and successfully booked lead roles on London’s West End and in European Tours including The Book of Mormon, Tina – The Tina Turner Musical, Matilda, School of Rock and The Ferryman.

Susannah has a passion for teaching and prides herself on being able to adapt her communication and approach based on the needs of each individual student. She understands the importance of teaching her students not only the best possible technique but the necessity of developing their performance skills through confidence, connecting to text, musicianship, song interpretation and sound performance practices. Ultimately she hopes to inspire them to adopt safe performance techniques whilst building their self esteem and confidence.
